Milligram is a family-run coffee shop from Dave and Louise, the people behind Full Circle Roasters and Ebb & Flow in Dublin.
A Sligo dream,
made real.
Coffee has been our life for a long time. By the time we opened Milligram, we already had cafés in Dublin and our own roastery, Full Circle Roasters.
A coffee shop in Sligo had been a dream of ours for a couple of years. Then the pandemic arrived. Instead of waiting for the right moment, we went for it and opened our doors on Wine Street.
The idea was simple: bring the kind of café we love to Sligo, and do everything ourselves, from roasting the beans to baking the food.
We make it all ourselves.
The coffee and food at Milligram come from our own roastery and our own kitchen.

Roasted by us
Every coffee on our bar comes from our own roastery, Full Circle Roasters. Because we roast it ourselves, we look after the coffee at every step, from the bean to the cup in your hand.

Baked in our kitchen
Everything we bake is made from scratch by our own kitchen team at Ebb & Flow on Camden Street, Dublin. It’s the same kitchen that feeds our Ebb & Flow cafés.

Poured on Wine Street
Our team in Sligo brings it all together: a coffee made properly, something good to eat, and a seat to enjoy it in.
In 2026 Milligram was named one of RTÉ’s 15 best coffee shops in Ireland, featured in the Irish Independent Weekend’s 100 Best Shops, and nominated for Best Café at the Irish Restaurant Awards.
